This TIE Fighter & X-Wing Mash-Up set is a clever concept from the Rebuild the Galaxy special. The TIE-wing and X-fighter each have opening cockpits, two spring-loaded shooters, and adjustable wings, and pulling the locking pins lets you rebuild them into the classic ships. The four minifigures plus the L3-G0 droid figure add plenty of play value, and the X-wing's retractable landing gear is a nice touch. Build was enjoyable and the parts swap cleanly. Good pick for Star Wars fans who like rebuilding as much as displaying.
