I switched from gas to this 30" Induction Cooktop and the difference is real. The PowerPlus Burner boils water noticeably faster than my old gas setup, and the heat responds instantly when I lower it for simmering. Cleanup is the best part: spills around the pan stay cooler, so I can wipe them up while I cook instead of scrubbing later. The controls give me good precision for searing and sautéing. Only note is you need induction-ready pans, but that was expected. Solid, even cooking overall.
