I picked up this T-FAL ESSENTIALS CERAMIC MOON GREY 2PC 8/10IN FRY PAN set to replace two worn-out pans, and it covers most of my everyday cooking. The 8-inch is handy for eggs and single portions, while the 10-inch handles larger meals for two or three people. Both heat evenly and the ceramic surface has been easy to wipe clean so far. The moon grey finish looks nice on the stove too. Solid, practical pair without spending much.
