I picked up the T-fal Essentials Ceramic 12 piece set in Eucalyptus Green and it covers most of my daily cooking. Browning, frying, searing and sautéing all work well, and the ceramic coating has been easy to wipe clean so far. The green finish looks nice on the stove too. It handles steaming and slow cooking fine, though I still reach for my older pot for long simmers. Twelve pieces is plenty for a small kitchen, and nothing has scratched yet. Solid everyday set if you want variety without fuss.
